At DeYuCo Academy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have implemented the following refund policy:

Digital Goods Covered

This policy applies to all digital goods sold by DeYuCo Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Templates
  • Design files
  • Video Courses
  • Digital files (e.g., PDFs, images, graphics, etc.)
  • Other downloadable content

Refunds Before Download

If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet downloaded it, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team at manager@deyuco.com with your order details, and we will process the refund within 30 business days.

No Refunds After Download

Once the digital product has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund. This is due to the nature of digital goods, as they are intangible and cannot be returned. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to this no-refund policy upon download.

Exceptions

In rare cases, such as technical issues with the product, corrupted files, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from using the product as intended, we may offer assistance or replacement. Please reach out to our support team at manager@deyuco.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund before the product is downloaded, please contact us at manager@deyuco.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 30 business days.
